Has all the spices and rich flavors that you need to create a tasty and healthy Mediterranean red lentil soup in the comfort of your home.

Directions:

1- Add the Mix to 9-10 cups of cold water and cook on medium to high heat. Stir Occasionally. 

2- When the lentils start to soften, Add 1/2
cup of olive oil, 1/3 cup of Lemon juice and your favorite vegetables.

(We recommend: Diced Onions, Carrots, Celery, Potatoes and Peas) 

Garnish with Parsley AND Sumac if you like.

Please Note: 

Total cooking time is about 45 minutes.

This soup package contains all the Spices needed to make our house red lentil soup at home. You can always add more or less of water, olive oil, and lemon depending on your taste, BUT please don’t add any more salt or spices. You must make the whole package at once and Freeze the left over if you like. Please do not add more seasoning or chicken stock. Serves 8 to 10 People
